Coworking Membership Agreement
WorkIT Coworking Center offers a shared, community-driven workspace for location-independent workers. It exists because of you and for you. As a member, you will not just be a customer of WorkIT; you’ll be an active part of what WorkIT is and does for you and for others.
Membership Features
Below are some, but not all, of the benefits members receive as part of their membership:
All Memberships
- Access to high-speed wired and wireless Internet
- Use of conference room, meeting room and other multi-purpose rooms (as available)
- Free admission to events held in the space (unless a private party is renting the space)
- Access to the space during normal operating hours, as well as freedom to use the space during other hours if a manager is present.
- Notary Services
- Free access to high-speed wireless Internet for guests
- Unlimited coffee and tea
- Access to the members only Facebook group
- Free professional headshot
Drop-In ($20/day)
People interested in dropping in for the day for coworking can do so for a day rate, provided there is sufficient space. Contact us ahead of time for availability at [email protected]
Basic ($25/month)

- Discount on additional days ($15 per additional day)
Plus ($60/month)
- Community Membership
- Access four days per month
- Four hours of conference room or meeting room per month
- Discount on additional days ($12 per additional day)
- Use of mailing address
Part-Time ($120/month)
- Community Membership
- Access up to ten days per month
- Ten hours of conference room or meeting room per month
- Discount on additional days ($10 per additional day))
- Use of mailing address
Full-Time ($195/month)
- Community Membership
- Unlimited Access
- Twenty hours of conference room or meeting room per month
- Use of mailing address
Dedicated Desk ($245/month upstairs, $295/month downstairs)

- Choose your dedicated desk from available locations and leave your belongings 24/7

Private Office (Price Varies)

Payment Terms & Options
Dates
- All membership payments are due at the beginning of each month
- WorkIT reserves the right to charge late fees and/or withhold services if payments are not

- Members may pay via Cash, Check, Credit Card, PayPal, or via our online management software (Kube).
