Christmas Parade 

Get in the holiday spirit with this year's Downtown Christmas Parade! Come see a series of intricate floats paired with a “Drone Light Show”, Thursday, December 2nd, @ 7:00 PM, on Main St. in Downtown Stillwater, OK.

Merchant Meeting

For the month of December, the Merchant Meeting will be held at the “Hospitality Dome” at Merry Main St. (East of the Stillwater Community Center, 315 W 8th St. Stillwater, OK). The meeting will be at the usual time, Friday, December 3rd, @ 8:45 AM.

Join us DSA hosts Rebecca Eastham from the Spears School of Business. Earlier this year, Vibrant Stillwater—a coalition of citizens and local leaders looking to revitalize the community–sponsored a professional quality of life survey. The survey, conducted by Mason-Dixon Polling & Strategy out of Washington, D.C., took place September 13-22. Rebecca will share those results with us and discuss how it might shape our future efforts.

Downtown Merchants meet on the first Friday of each month to share district information, coordinate events, and learn from special guests. This meeting is open to all businesses and professionals who call Downtown home.

WorkIT Holiday Party

Come see us on December 14th at @6:30 PM for food, drinks, and games! If you would like to participate in this year's “Dirty Santa” bring a gift no greater than $20. We appreciate our members and want to express that at this year's holiday party!!

Ornament Workshop

Rebecca Lowe is going to have a craft for us to do at the WorkIT Holiday Party. It is creating a Christmas tree snowman ornament by painting eyeglasses. People can bring a pair that is special to them (such as a deceased loved one's old glasses) or we will provide some to choose from.

Downtown Merchants Holiday Party

This event will take place Friday, December 17th, from 8:45 to 9:45 am, at Modella Art Gallery, 721 S Main St. Stop by for free refreshments! For more details, check the Downtown Merchants Facebook Group or watch out for an email regarding the event.

A little about Jared:

Jared is one of our newer members and co-owner of Buffalokie Market. They are dedicated to supporting other small businesses by sourcing goods from small-batch, artisan, or handmade producers. The mission is to connect people with the quality that comes with locally designed, created, and arranged products. Many of their product offerings are from Oklahoma makers including goat milk collected and made into soaps and lotions in Ada, leather goods handmade in Durant, greeting cards designed and printed in Stillwater, and baby shoes crocheted in Wapanucka. We are glad to have him as a member.

Pet Spotlight:
Meliodas (AKA Odas)

Wade's cat Odas always looks like he just woke up. This sleepy boy loves playing with his toys and actively battles his catnip addiction. He WILL yell at you when he's hungry and naps like he pays rent. We just had to include him in this month's newsletter! Stay safe, and happy holidays!
