Is there Wi-Fi in the building?

Yes, we have both wired and wireless Internet throughout WorkIT Coworking Center.

What type of Internet do you have?

Thanks to our partnership with Provalue.net we currently offer a supreme Fiber Internet connection directly to their infrastructure backbone for all of our members. Upload speeds are not throttled as they are with most other types of Internet services.

What is the Wi-Fi password?

Wi-Fi is for members only. Ask a manager or find the current password in the corner of the meeting room white boards.

What are the amenities that come with a membership?

What types of printers do you have?

On the first floor we have a color inkjet HP Officejet 8710 capable of double sided printing, scanning, copying and faxing. On the first floor we also have a color laser printer capable of single sided printing, scanning, copying and faxing. Upstairs we have a monochrome HP Laserjet HP M127 capable of single side printing and copying

How do I print? I’m having trouble.

The first thing to check is to make sure you are on the correct Wi-Fi network. You must be connected to the WorkIT network to print to our printers. If you are printing from your phone try installing the HP Print App and don’t forget to connect to our WorkIT WiFi.

How much can I print?

Included with your membership is a daily print allowance of 50 black and white prints and 10 color prints. Extra printing costs 5 cents per black and white print and 10 cents per color print.

Do I have to talk to people?

No, talking is not required. You can keep to yourself if you really want to.

What forms of payment does WorkIT accept?

We accept online payment through our online member management system called Kube. You can choose to have your invoice on autopay. We can also accept Square payments either in person or online or you can pay via PayPal – send to email@coworkit.net

Is parking available at the building?

Parking is available near the building. M-F 9-5 parking is limited to either 90 minutes or 3 hours depending on where you park. Less than a block away there is plenty of unlimited parking. View this parking map for details.

Are restroom facilities provided?

We have two all gender bathrooms, one on the first floor and one on the second floor.

Can I bring my pet to WorkIT?

All well - behaved pets are welcome.

How do I check in?

For part time coworking memberships, the check in link is at the bottom of our website or click here. Full time coworkers and those who have dedicated desks or private offices do not have to check in.

Do you have any current discounts?

Occasionally we will run specials and we always offer a free month with a year advance purchase of any level of coworking membership (dedicated desks and private offices excluded). We also offer all students and military a 10% discount on coworking memberships.

Can I bring my child to WorkIT?

All well - behaved children are welcome.

Is there building security?

Absolutely! The exterior doors are locked if a manager is not on site. We also utilized a security monitoring system that alerts us of any activity.

What types of events does WorkIT offer?

We have lots of events our members enjoy including Lunch and Learns, Happy Hours, Ted Talko Tuesdays, Waffle Wednesdays, Popcorn with Pennie, Social Media Club, Holiday Parties, Networking Events, Tai Chi, Yoga, Field Trips and more.

Do you have any member to member discounts?

Yes! Currently these members offer other members discounts: Josh Dean Photography, DearBritt Boutique, Stillwater Living Magazine, and Masters Technology Services.

Do members get any discounts at local businesses?

Yes! These businesses offer our members discounts, if you are a member ask for your discount at Stillwater Martial Arts, Vintage Cowboy Cottage, Butter Bean Boutique, and Krave Coaching & Consulting.

How do I cancel my membership?

When you decide to cancel your membership, please fill out this online form.

How do I reserve a meeting room?

Go to www.coworkit.net and click log in. Go to the reservations calendar and choose the date and room you would like to reserve. Or you can contact us and we will check availability and reserve the room for you.

I have more than one person with my company and we won’t usually be there at the same time, can we share a membership?

No, memberships are per person, not per company. We do give a substantial discount for additional members when there is one responsible party paying the monthly account (must be related or with the same organization). Private offices come with up to three individual full-time memberships.

When are you open?

WorkIT is open to the public Monday through Friday, from 10 am to 5 pm. Members are allowed to book outside of regular hours with advance notice. Full Time, Dedicated Desk, and Private Office memberships get 24/7 access.

Do you accept drop-ins?

People interested in dropping in for the day can purchase a day pass provided there is available space. The rate is $20.00 per day. Day passes are available to purchase at store.coworkit.net

What is the hourly rate for meeting room rentals?

Smaller meeting rooms are available for $15.00 per hour for non-members and $10.00 per hour for members who go over their allotted hours. Larger conference rooms are available for $20.00 per hour for non-members and $15.00 per hour for members who go over their allotted hours. For more details, visit the Pricing Page.

What are your monthly membership plans?

  • Basic Plan: $25.00
  • Plus Plan: $60.00
  • Part-Time Plan: $120.00
  • Full-Time Plan: $195.00

Do you offer virtual membership meetings?

Yes, we have virtual meetings and events for our members, starting at $19.00 per month.

Do you have storage spaces?

Yes, we have lockers available on a first come, first served basis.

Can I do events on weekends?

Yes, usually we can accommodate weekend and evening events with enough advanced notice. Please contact us to make your reservation.

Is food allowed?

Yes, please clean up after yourself

Can I bring my own furniture?

Private office and dedicated desk are allowed to bring their own furniture.
