Founded by Dr. Susanne Lavery, Ph.D., the Stillwater Scotopic Sensitivity Institute was established in 2018 in Oklahoma to help individuals who experience challenges with reading, visual comfort, and light sensitivity.
Dr. Lavery is a certified Irlen Screener with several years of experience helping people better understand their visual needs.
She is passionate about making reading a more comfortable and enjoyable experience and believes that everyone should be able to enjoy reading without it feeling exhausting.
Through her work, Dr. Lavery is dedicated to helping individuals identify visual challenges and find strategies that can improve their reading comfort and overall experience.
