Rachel is the owner and operator of Ready Set Grow Studio. She is a Level 1 IFS Practitioner, a Making Sense of Your Worth Facilitator, and practices the art of Grief Tending. She offers individual sessions as well as group classes to those looking to create lasting, positive change in their lives. She is also the facilitator of Grieve Together, a free community support group for anyone experiencing grief and or loss. As part of her own creative outlet, She enjoys creating a variety of tools to support individuals in their healing journey, including stickers, art prints, and journals. Ready Set Grow Studio is an equitably priced business and offers a complete sliding scale to serve all members of the community.

Rachel is very passionate about education, both pursuing it herself and offering it to others. She intentionally invests herself in creating spaces where individuals can come together as they learn how to connect with the wounded parts of themselves, identify harmful relationships, and become the heroes of their own stories.

Rachel is married to an incredibly kind and caring person who enthusiastically supports her passion for helping her community, and shows up for her in all kinds of ways. She is a mother to two children whom she gave birth to, a 16 yr old and a 5 yr old, and also holds a special place in her heart for all the children she helped to mother during their five years as foster parents. She enjoys making art, camping, playing games, listening to live music, and connecting with (non-human) life in natural settings. She is especially enamored with trees, moss, and mycelium.

She has a fortune from a cookie on her fridge that says "A ship in harbor is safe, but that's not why ships are made". She's had it for many years but lately it's really been on her mind. It's a good reminder for her to put herself out there and take risks, because she knows she is made to do so much more than just sit in her safe place.
