Cancellation & Refund Policy
Refunds are handled manually through Stripe, and only when you ask for one:
- More than 48 hours before your booking starts: full refund minus nonrefundable processing fees.
- Within 48 hours of your booking start, or no-show: no refund.
- Self-cancellation: you can cancel your booking yourself at any time (refunds still follow the rules above – self-cancellation does not move money automatically).
