A huge thank you to Angela Pradia for speaking at our October Lunch & Learn. She helped us explore the importance of understanding our true desires, beyond just setting goals. We were challenged to take an honest look at the distractions in our lives—not as hindrances, but as valuable signals guiding us towards clarity. We walked away with practical ways to recognize the hidden value of distractions and how they reflect deeper needs. Gain clarity on our desires—beyond just goal-setting. We learned to cultivate habits that support our authentic choices and developed a mindful approach to decision-making in daily life. Kristen made amazing chicken and cheese enchiladas which topped off the afternoon for us. It was a great time for all.
