Congratulations to our March Member of the Month: Brittany Friedel

Brittany specializes in custom jewelry that spans everything from fashion to fine, along with jewelry repairs and hands-on, quality service that keeps clients coming back.

At the center of her work is a simple (but powerful) mission: creating “everyday heirlooms”—pieces you can actually wear on a normal Tuesday, and still treasure for years. That commitment to quality and community shows up in the details, whether she’s restoring a well-loved item or helping someone design a piece that marks a milestone.

Brittany’s passion goes beyond jewelry. She’s also a proud mom, and she’s grateful her business allows her to stay flexible and truly prioritize her daughter’s needs—especially in these fast-moving early years.

Family is a big part of her story. She credits her husband and family for being consistently supportive and encouraging as she continues to grow her company. And yes, WorkIT friends—her household includes two beloved sidekicks: Junie the yorkie and Leo the kitty.

A quote she’s living by: “You can do anything, but you can’t do everything.”
