- What do you do for a living or what business do you own? I teach people how they can balance their hormones & balance their life.

- Tell us about your family and/or hobbies. I live on my 5th generation family farm with my son Caleb and mini doxie Minnie. I have 2 married daughters. I enjoy gardening, cooking from scratch, hiking, painting and serving at my church.
- What's your favorite quote or piece of advice you've ever gotten?
