Formal Fantasy began in 1998 when owner Stacia Smith began offering custom clothing in the Stillwater area. Stacia began sewing when she was 9 years old and has a B.S. in Apparel Design from Oklahoma State University. She has been sewing professionally for over 20 years, but Formal Fantasy has constantly adapted to fit customer needs.
