Raised in southwest Kansas, Evan was the fifth generation to grow up on the family farm. After attending Kansas State University, he graduated with a B.S. and M.S., both in Agronomy. He started his professional career doing parent seed corn research in Iowa before transitioning into account management and sales for crop protection in eastern Kansas. With a relocation to Stillwater, Oklahoma, he made another career move. He is now a technical agronomist for Koch Agronomic Services. He supports the sales team in 10 states and oversees the research conducted across that same geography. He has been married to his wife, Audrey, for almost 8 years, and the pair love their dog, Cayenne.
